How to get a tab on the New Microsoft Office Document?
I am trying to get a new tab on the New Microsoft Office Document link from the Start Menu. This is not in an application like Word or PowerPoint. The existing tabs are:

I want to add a new tab to this list. Does anyone know how to do this or can you provide me with a link to do so please.

How long does it take to receive a fax?
I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada, and I faxed a 1-page report to St. Louis, Missouri U.S 3 days ago. The institution to which I sent my report to has still not received it. BTW, the approximate distance between Toronto ON and St. Louis MO is 663 miles, or 1067 km.
How long would it usually take for the fax to arrive to the destination, in my situation?

How can I send fax jobs to my fax machine at home via the Internet?
I’d like to be able to send a fax job from my laptop, across the Intent, and to my home fax machine.
Once the fax job gets to the home fax machine the fax job will go out over my phone line.
I am aware of the eFax and the MyFax services but what I am looking for is the ability to use my home fax machine while on the road.
